- {Get 1 cup of samak rice.
- {Take 3 of boiled potatoes.
- {Get 3 of Curry leaves.
- {Take 2 of green chillies.

Steps to make Crispy vada:
- Firstly Cooked samak rice with double of water(means 1 cup rice and 2 cup water) and jeera and salt.
- Take that cooked and cool rice or leftover rice.. add boiled grated potatoes... Add finely chopped chillies, kaddi ptta and coriander.. add lil bit of salt(as we also add salt in rice).
- Mash properly with hands... Make tikkis... Flatten them and make hole in btw with finger...
- Fry them.. 2 by 2😝... On low flame... Enjoy with peanut m coriander chutney 😊.
